MRAC 105th Anniversary
The Milwaukee Radio Amateurs’ Club will be celebrating it’s 105th anniversary of providing continuous operation and service to local amateur radio operators. Incepted and incorporated in 1917, and one of the oldest amateur radio clubs in the USA, thousands of Milwaukee area amateur radio operators have joined the club for social engagement, activities and events, and emergency and public service communications. The hallmark of this club is it’s members who further the experimental nature of the hobby and aid each other in the development of fixed and portable amateur radio stations through knowledge-sharing and camaraderie. We’re also the ARRL’s oldest affiliated amateur radio club; proud member since 1919.
