Items for auction:

  • anything ham radio related
  • anything electronics related
  • radios
  • keys
  • headsets
  • mics
  • antennas
  • wire
  • bench tools
  • connectors
  • kits and kit parts
  • test equipment
  • computers
  • monitors
  • etc.

Sellers:

  • No fees
  • No commissions
  • bring your items to the auction tables BEFORE 10am (door opens at 9am)
  • mark your items with your call sign and starting bid price
    (remember you’re not going to get rich off of this so please start low and have fun)
  • all prices must be in whole dollars, no cents
  • consider donating all or some of your proceeds to the club

Bidders:

  • raise your hand and shout “I WANT IT!” when bidding
  • this is “pay as you go” meaning after you have won an item, please immediately go to the cashier table to pay
  • cash is preferred
  • checks are accepted
  • no credit cards allowed
  • pick up your item after bidding closes

Tailgaters:

  • you’re invited to put what you don’t sell at the Tailgate Swapfest up for auction
  • make sure you have your items indoors ON THE AUCTION TABLE AND PRICED by 10am
